Good luck to Aodhan Barry, racing tomorrow and Friday at the Irish Division 2 Long Course Championships in Limerick. It has been an amazing year of progress for Aodhan in his first year of proper competitive swimming!
Thanks to Isabella and Aaron for keeping him company in the last few training sessions in the lead up to the race. Enjoy the event Aodhan!
Our end of season gala took place at the weekend and gave our swimmers an opportunity to showcase their development over the past year. This fun, informal gathering saw some fantastic skills on display and great comradery between the kids and coaches.
A huge thank you to our head coach Martin and his wonderful team. These guys volunteer every week and their dedication this season has seen a dramatic improvement in skill and speed. Thanks to our chairman Kevin and the committee who tirelessly organise events and ensure the seamless running of our club.
Lastly, thank you to our parents and wonderful swimmers. You all deserve the summer break, but remember to swim at every opportunity and continue to keep fitness levels up.

Tom and Charlie Magill represented Ireland at the Under 16 Inter-regional championships in England this weekend. The Irish team were triumphant, with both boys scoring. Barry deserves a special mention as he has coached these boys at club level and now as part of the Irish team.
Kevin and Barry are proud parents tonight as their sons follow in their footsteps, representing Ireland. 🤽🏻♂️
